Are there any QRS etc. available for Bolt Action, I have just bought a set of the rules and would like to enhance them.

Hi John

Just found this: http://www.warlordgames.com/26925/downloadable-bolt-action-rules-summary/

I'll probably knock up some crib sheets of my own devising.

Stu.

Stu - our debate on the ambiguity of 'shooters'.

I had a re-read last night and tried to find in FAQs and on forum, nothing quite the same there, but while I think my interpretation is correct, one comment meant I am less confident now... It is ambiguous.

Maybe we should send a newbie question in...

You can get the battle scribe files from this link- http://catalogue.randomhit.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=211
Might be worthwhile as if it is anything like the 40k ones, you can build your army on it and it will print out a summary of your units as well as any special rules relevant, plus what page to find them in the rulebook.

Always handy!

Yeah, definitely ambiguous, certainly worth clearing up.

Might be worth collating all the questions that cropped up last night - we weren't sure whether fixed team weapon units could run and things like that?

What size bases are the club using for infantry.

Thanks John B.

RE: Getting started with Bolt Action - Stuart - 08-01-2014

Myself and Paul are using 25mm round (Renedra plastic in our case).

Jim - you OK to start with 500 points? Haven't got round to ordering any Chindits yet, so might have to field paras.

RE: Getting started with Bolt Action - actungpanzer - 08-01-2014
