In conjunction with Osprey Publishing and North Star Military Figures, we are offering up to 24 gamers the chance to pit their adventuring parties against like-minded treasure seekers. Gamers need to create a Wizard and his Warband using the standard rules in the main rulebook. This Warband will then be used throughout the day, with treasure and items accumulated being carried over from game to game. Please bring your own figures (from any suitable source), dice, tape measures and other items. We will be providing the terrain and information on any particular special rules or similar ideas on the day.
Taking part in a number of games during the day, the focus will be upon enjoyment rather than winning, aiming to ensure that everyone has a good time within an unhurried programme. There will be some prizes on offer and the chance to purchase a few items but any prizes will be awarded in the spirit of the day, the notion of sharing an aspect of the hobby, rather than tournament style play.
The cost of a ticket is £30 and this includes lunch, a chance to meet VIP guests, snacks and drinks during the day.
