Campaign
#21
Yep, pretty much, I need an initial starting roster from everyone before we start. This must be at least 750pts up to a max of 2,000pts. Ideally aim for the max 2,000 if possible as it means you'll have more choice throughout the campaign.
Dropfleet Commander: UCM
Dropzone Commander: UCM
Star Wars X-Wing: Rebel Alliance
Magic the Gathering
LotR SBG: High Elves
Warhammer 40,000 7th ed.: Astra Militarum & Eldar
Halo Fleet Battles: Covenant
BFG: Imperial Navy & Eldar Corsairs
Warhammer Fantasy 8th ed.: Warriors of Chaos

Element Games referral code JAS173.

OK well here's my list as well then!

330 Custodian class battleship
330 Custodian class battleship
185 Protector class cruiser
185 Protector class cruiser
255 Bastion class Demiurg cruiser
120 Emissary class light cruiser with prow deflector

150 3 Castellan class escorts
090 3 Warden class escorts

025 Aun'el Ethereal (= re-roll)

I have all of these models (and more), just need to get them painted! First Custodian is well on the way though now that the in-laws are here to help take care of the kids (and now that I have finished painting the insides that no-one will get to see anyway!) See you tonight Chris, then hopefully my next game of BFG will be part of the campaign!

Right, this is my Iron Warriors Traitor Legion Fleet - bit of an experiment as having Chaos Marines makes everything very expensive! I'll probably have one of the smaller fleets and will have to get used to boarding actions!

I have edited this slightly since the original post (Decided it was better to have a Warmaster).

545 Despoiler class battleship (Warmaster commanding, Chaos Space Marine crew, Chosen Terminators) Ld +3
275 Repulsive class grand cruiser (Chaos Lord commanding, Chosen Terminators, Extended range lances 45cm) Ld+1
165 Slaughter class cruiser
165 Slaughter class cruiser
165 Slaughter class cruiser
225 Devastation class cruiser (Chaos Space Marine crew Ld+1)
225 Devastation class cruiser (Chaos Space Marine crew Ld+1)
135 3 Idolator class raiders
90 3 Iconoclast class destroyers

1990 points
40K - Chaos Space Marines BloodBowl - Dark Elves & Ogres
Battlefleet Gothic - Chaos Necromunda - Redemptionists

Iron within, Iron without!

Chris, hope that game of speed BFG was useful to you last night, didn't really have the time to talk through all of the mechanics so it was more a case of learning by doing. Love the ships, by the way, so you have to play Necrons. Had a real panic when that first wave of torpedoes completely missed all three ships!

Oops, just saw in the FAQs that you were right, the Star Pulse Generator does take out ordnance on a 4+. Sorry! Have to remember that next time.

Yeah I enjoyed it, looks like the campaign will be fun. Really helpful having a refresh of the rules, thanks.

Thought I'd read the star pulse thing somewhere, no worries.

They honestly were really quick to paint, spray black, drybrush silver, wash blue and pick the gold bits out, then paint a few bits green. Thanks for the compliment though. Far faster to paint than any of the 40k/fantasy models I usually paint for some reason.

I can imagine the amount of ordnance your fleet kicks out in a bigger game will be immense!
