Upstairs, which might present an accessibility problem.

The only one I know they hire out is massive. Plus it has a bar, which makes it a win win in my book.

The Redditch Winter Ales Festival was in that room this year.

Wednesdays and Thursdays are out for me and Tom Monday preferred please, but Friday has advantage of no school next day.

I think Friday may end up being a difficult day for people, as it tends to be a evening where other commitments pop up

I agree with tachtheweevil.
Mondays,Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are good for me!
Fridays,Saturdays and Sundays are very difficult to make on a regular base.

i think the idea for starting from 7:30-10:00 o tuesday is good because if it works for people this week then why it could be an option...
