So this year gt rules pack is nuts. Pretty much anything goes! Unlimited sources, no fw limit, no low limit etc. the only thing they have restricted is come the apocalypse allies (poor necrons). So I have been trying to build a list that matches this but also with a £100 budget in mind. I think the following meets the criteria 
Sanguinary Priest: The Veritas Vitae; chainsword; Space Marine bikes 95
4 Scouts: + 1 Scout Sergeant 55

Everything apart from the scouts joins the wolves and creates a giant unit! I look for invisibility on tiggy which will cast on a 2+ with a re roll haha.
