Seems like any major changes will be to player cards. They are clearing up the language used on the cards, making it easier to understand the special rules.
They have said they have looked at unpopular players, and will tweak them to try and get them more used.
For season 3 they released a box of player cards for every player in the game. I hope they do the same for season 4.
