You might not, but the idea behind the licence is to promote the game to WFB players. Otherwise they could have saved a fortune and just done a generic Orcs/Elves/Dwarves/Men/Demons universe. It's akin to that Skaven game, which is coming out. Will Skaven exist when the game comes out?
