I'll need to determine from the centre manager how much advanced notice we'll get if the small hall is going to be free on a particular evening i.e. if there a concrete pattern to the other bookings in there. It would be useful to get some visibility of that so we can plan accordingly.
We might also need to tread carefully to begin with - the manager is basically offering us a little more expansion room without charging us for it, so we need to ensure we're making full use of the large hall (which admittedly we were last night) before overflowing into the small hall.
