RE: Salute 2012 Cutlass! Table - manrogue - 19-09-2011 Count me in for helping create the board, should be alot of fun! RE: Salute 2012 Cutlass! Table - Simon - 20-09-2011 will do, i think we're going to need all the help we can get ! RE: Salute 2012 Cutlass! Table - Stuart - 26-09-2011 Myself, Luke and Gaz picked up on a really nice ship on one of the WFB tables at Games Day (I took some snaps which I'll dig out later). It looked to have moulded side panels, and the decking was balsa wood. I meant to go back and ask the chap running the table where they'd acquired it, but completely forgot. RE: Salute 2012 Cutlass! Table - Stuart - 29-09-2011 There's a section in the back of the Cutlass! rulebook on creating scenery, and one of the suppliers mentioned was Antenocitis Workshop, specifically for things like window frames: http://www.antenocitisworkshop.com/wargames-scenery-terrain/fantasy-scenery-terrain.html Some very nice pieces on there. RE: Salute 2012 Cutlass! Table - Stuart - 29-09-2011 Mentioned before, but repeated here for ease of reference, there are a few interesting scenery pieces in the pirate section at Games of War too: http://www.gamesofwar.net/acatalog/Pirate_Supplies_Store.html RE: Salute 2012 Cutlass! Table - Stuart - 29-09-2011 Another good resource worth noting: (29-09-2011, 09:54 AM)Gareth Wrote: http://www.secondcitygames.co.uk/ RE: Salute 2012 Cutlass! Table - stygmatyr - 29-09-2011 The coffee stirrers from McDonalds that Gaz picked up on would probably make some great decking for a harbor. Just putting it out there RE: Salute 2012 Cutlass! Table - Stuart - 05-10-2011 A few pirate ships from Ainsty Castings: http://ainstycastings.co.uk/index.php/cPath/63 RE: Salute 2012 Cutlass! Table - Stuart - 05-10-2011 And a few more nice harbour scenery pieces: http://ainstycastings.co.uk/index.php/cPath/48 RE: Salute 2012 Cutlass! Table - Simon - 05-10-2011 Those ships are great. I think the merchantman or the sloop would be appropriate for docking in the harbour area. The bigger ships tended to drop anchor away from the shore due to their draught. I'm also liking the wooden jetty with or without catwalk, and also the upright gravestones. |
