This list should net me a cool 12 command points to spend on shiney Adeptus Custodes (AC) stratagems. The Astra Militarum (AM) warlord with the warlord trait and relic mean i regain a command point each time I use one on a 5+ and I gain a command point each time an opponent uses a stratagem on a 5+. Noice. The AM also provide bulk firepower and some pyschic support that is otherwise missing from the AC army. The AC detachment offers the close combat support....in swathes....

Ironically, my 100 PL list for the guard has 8 Squads, and 3 Full Squads of Scions...

In honesty the Guard are only really there as a) they can farm command points like nobodys business and b) I have a crap-ton of them already!
Kinda hammer and anvil, the guard being the anvil in this analogy....
It's only 84 Guard models for 772pts....then another 12 Custodes models for 1228pts.....damn Custodes are expensive!

I like it. Are the nightshrouds on the psykers there because you have to select something, and presumably they'll primarily be smiting all game with the option for one of them to put in a nightshroud where necessary?
Perhaps worth subbing out one or two psykers to put in some more company commanders and getting Move, Move, Move on some of those squads. That order lets basic infantry squads cover a surprising amount of space quickly.
