question is a monsters base same size as a chariot base if not will need 2 shuch bases as well be proxying

Depend on the Monster Alan. Dragon, Phoenix are both on a. Chariot base. Griffons are on 50mm square. Arachnarok is on a base reminiscent of a dining table etc. What you mean is, can I have two chariot bases for my Dragon/most likely double Phoenix list

Chariot base is good enough for all sort of monsters including dragons, amomination or giant. If opponent will demand biger base he's not worth Your time.

Abominations have their own base size Andy. Same size as a Skullcannon / Bloodthrone. Common practice is base it comes with, which is not standard for all Monsters.
