Army Builders - jjakaalbinoboy - 16-08-2013 Copied from: Dulce et Decorum Est Quote:In my ongoing series on hobby resources this post will cover on-line army builders. I'll start off by saying that I'm sure there's a bunch that I'm missing, so any and all comments to point me in the right direction would be much appreciated. Also, there is: BattleScribe Warband RE: Army Builders - Gareth - 16-08-2013 Army builder which requires a licence for updates. Quatermaster for iOS devices, which is a fee requiring app. Once bought though, you can find and download, or create/adjust templates. For WFB and 40k. Those are my two for my WFB needs. RE: Army Builders - manrogue - 16-08-2013 Army builder doesn't require a license to update, it requires you to have it to receive auto updates. You can manually download the files and install them yourself if you know the right places to go. I have links for both WFB and 40K sites that do updates for 2.2C if people are interested. Personally i am a big fan of army builder 2.2c and use it to compile all my lists and play around. RE: Army Builders - Simian - 16-08-2013 Battlescribe is the only one i've ever used. Im a fan. RE: Army Builders - Embolden - 16-08-2013 Could someone tell me how to use Battlescribe? I don't get on with Army Builder... too much wargear listing for me, needless clutter for my eyes. Open the application and it asks you for the data and gives you a few links where to find it. Lots of different sites. Once you downloaded the data file you import it once and you are done. It is intuitive. On Andriod No idea....still trying to work that one out! Iphone You are not cool enough for this app. RE: Army Builders - jjakaalbinoboy - 19-08-2013 (16-08-2013, 11:06 PM)GoNecrons Wrote:(16-08-2013, 07:20 PM)Embolden Wrote: Could someone tell me how to use Battlescribe? Fantasy (thats correct). RE: Army Builders - manrogue - 19-08-2013 If you have army builder 2.2C JJ you can use either of the below links to get up to date army builder files- http://ab240k.freeforums.org/portal.php - for 40k 2.2c files http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Arromanche/ - for WFB 2.2c Files RE: Army Builders - jjakaalbinoboy - 19-08-2013 Thanks Vince, I just download the legit updates from Army Builder direct. Army Builder Supplemental Downloads It's BattleScribe I'm having trouble with WoC data for. I've tried two updates for BattleScribe and the WoC data is still wrong for 8th. |
