Ok we booked and paid. Club has the "small" hall for "4" hours, starting at 11am. We have been told we can have the large hall from 11am to 4pm though.
The rental we have been charged for the 4 hours in the small hall, has been £60, and we need to recoup that. As such, given I get my 10 Fantasy, the max is £6 each. Obviously the more others that show up, the less we can charge.

Also isn't the hall booked for 5hours if its from 11-4pm? or is it 11-3pm?

We have the large hall (unofficially) for 5 hours - 11am to 4pm.
