Steamforged games are having a spring sale. Best deal I think is £70 for the Kick-off starter set and a box of Farmers guild and a box of Blacksmiths guild.
This gives you 4 plastic starter teams of 6 players for 4 different guilds, Farmers, Blacksmiths, Brewers and Masons.

I just picked up the Blacksmiths Guild, really good box set for £31.50 from chaos cards. The new plastics are really nice and comes with tokens and health dials.
