Ariadna - where to start?
#1
I'm looking to pick up an Ariadna starter pack to get started with Infinity, but what else should I be looking to add to be able to field a good basic force?

There are so many to choose from - I could easily buy a lot of Ariadna models based on that! Big Grin

Thats why what started out a small, little army of 6 has crept up to 11 (12 when my last bit from maelstrom turns up) and i'm already eyeing these-

Really depends on which of the ariadnans you like, I personally like the Scots and cossacks, so I went with highlanders, kazaks (basic infantry) and the veteran kazaks. I have expanded since then and got more highlanders, S.A.S, tankhunters and a dog warrior.

Unless you want to play a sectorial army (caledonian - Scottish, or merovingian - French) then I would recommend a veteran kazak, otherwise its pretty much whatever you like the look of. I could give you a game in a few weeks if you're interested in seeing how a particular model works in-game
WARHAMMER: warriors of chaos
WARMACHINE: Khador, mercenaries (magnus' agenda) HORDES: Skorne
INFINITY Ariadna
Dystopian wars : Covenant of Antarctica
MALIFAUX Dreamer
SAGA Scots
BOLT ACTION 51st highlander division (in progress)

Available to teach Infinity or warmachine

Just ordered the Ariadna starter box from Square Orange Games. Apparently in stock and delivered for £23.63 using our 5% redwarsoc club discount code. Not bad considering it's at least £27 quid everywhere else.

Been tempted to order a bit off them, as price seems cheap for alot of things. Plus with a bonus 5 % discount = bargain!
So we can expect you in the infinity fold soon then? Tongue
