Is there a campaign or something gearing up for this?
I will be available from the middle of August and potentially interested.

Necromunda, Mordheim, BFG, Frostgrave..basically anything that isn't 40K or the abomination that is Age of Sigmar.

I'm sure there will be. With all the tables/specialists ranking up and the like it screams the need for a campaign.

Also, Kill Team website is up, with a little tutorial on how it's played - https://warhammer40000.com/kill-team/

This is a very in depth look at the rules and list building. The video itself is in polish but you can easily read the pages.

I'm not that impressed by the campaign rules, specifically the force generation part. Not least because it is impossible to use IG without Stormtroopers (non campaign kill teams can be 20 models strong but campaign KTs can't be above 12 at the start of the campaign and 12 completely blinged out guardsmen are about 70 points). In stead of using the same forces in each game you have a pool of models from which you pick a 100 point force to use in each game and as models get more expensive as they gain experience so KTs will get smaller as the campaign goes on

I was hoping to see something along the lines of Necromunda.

I’ve bought the coreset, mainly for the scenery and am well up for some games of this. Nice to see folk want to play it.

I’ve got most of the terrain built too, one building isn’t quite finished yet.

I’ll go with IG Stormtroopers tonight but got Desthwatch on the way.
