You've picked the right battleship fitz 
I think you could upgrade the admeral in the second list to lvl five as you've got the points which makes it automatically better IMO. However the first list seems better for the way that the groups sit.
I'm not sure about the SR4 pathfinder group I personally perfer groups of similar frigates but havn't tried a group like that. Does it work well?
My own list is totally different Im testing running several crusier squadrons, with zero launch and no strike carriers just troopships.
