I can make 600 points of harad pretty easily. I have few new models that I would like to try out

Just sent you some info via email Phil - if you reference the latest Hobbit SBG rulebook (page 100) it'll explain that a force is comprised of one or more warbands, where each warband consists of a "hero" and up to 12 "warriors". You'll then nominate one of the heroes as the leader of your force.
