Painting lines...

So I'm wanting to paint some lines on my black tanks

How do people do that, I've heard of masking tape, but have seen the effect it had on vinces tank when the paint bled under/through it.

Does anyone have any tips?

Hi Rob!

You could try drawing the lines with a ruler and pencil, then 'colour in' with black paint? Or even use a fine point black marker pen.

Frog tape all the way mate! Sticks really well and soaks the paint perfectly. Its quitr expensive in comparrison to normal masking tape but works so much better. Can get it in 1.5cm strips too which is perfect miniature size.
