To be honest it comes across as a money grab as they know most Vet Eldar players have most models they need already, so they bring out a big model that costs alot and is gonna be Brilliant from the stats rumour i see (T8, 3++, W6).
Then all the Vets with armies have a model they want to buy....
On a side note, if you plan on getting Dire avengers get them now while they are 10 to a box as they going down to 5 a box at £23.

quite a bit of it comes across as a money grab to me. the "extra fluff" book for only another £30 being the main culprit.
