Power of the machine spirit and ordnance weapons

As the title says, i have a quandry with my fire raptor gunship.

The model has rules that states the turrets can be fired independantly and dont count as being fired by the main model.

It also has power of the machine spirit and crucially the ability to purchase some S8 ordnance missiles.

Now my question is this. Can i
A) still fire the turrets at full BS even if i use the ord missiles.
B) Can i power of the machine spirit the nose gun at full BS aswell.

Basically does ordnace over ride these extra rules?
