It's more the equipment. I can take a Warlord mounted or not, do I choose pre event. Same for Warriors and Hearthguard.

So the question in a nutshell is whether you can change the equipment on a unit, and whether or not they are mounted, between games?

This seems to differ from tournament to tournament, but just checked with Karl regarding the Alvechurch tournie and his answer was:

for example, Anglo-Dane huscarls could be either Dane-axe or normal spear (or a mixture) - and you can change the percentage of each from game to game.
(Obviously all members of a unit bear the same arms.)

Presumably the same applies to mounted/unmounted, but I'm just clarifying that too.
