For starters, how about having a thread in the RedWarSoc Events forum for each meeting, within which people could request and arrange games/tuition? I can create threads for the next month or so of meetings, allowing some games to be arranged well in advance.
Does this sound workable? Perhaps we could also maintain a "sticky thread" directory of players and games for which they can offer tuition within the RedWarSoc Discussion forum?
