One of the projects on my list is to try and recreate some Victorian cobbled streets for Malifaux. You can buy sheets of cobbles, but I've also found some good tutorials on modelling them by hand. A little more labour intensive, but the results look worthwhile.
I haven't quite decided on the relative priority of this project against all my others though.
