Currently Warhammer Forge are listing both books for £45 plus P&P. If this is a mistake, make the most of it, because both are lovely tomes to have.

I got to the payment screen and then cancelled
Its a great discount but a 50% discount for something I don't need is still a 100% waste

I imagine it's to shift stock. Warhammer Forge just hasn't done the figures that Forge World has, hence Black Fire pass being out on hold until after the HH stuff (so about 10 years,) as the staff got moved. Shame because I love Tamurkhan, having a book covering most races, would be great. However the digital team are doing wonders with their campaign stuff.
