The Department. - Angry_Panda - 27-10-2012

Not sure if anyone has played / read about this? Had a conversation with some old friends earlier, and its become one of their regular monthly games.

Pondering about getting rules, but want to know if anyone has any interest first lol!

Heres a linky to firestorm games with a bit about it, if I have written it correctly!

Feelings or opinions?

Sounds intriguing AP, always up for giving it a bash.

Sounds a little like the Judge Dredd RPG

RE: The Department. - Angry_Panda - 29-10-2012

Bought the rules (via pdf) after being awake in the night with the little one.

From a quick read through, its somewhat similar to the old single player judge dredd block wars. Kind of rpg lite, but with enough detail to be a good miniature game.

I just love the blade runner / detective idea. Though I do need to find suitable 28mm miniatures to represent npc's, simulants, and characters.

Any suggestions other than em4 or copplestone?

I've hunted down a few suitable ones now, em4, an east ridings Miniatures have sorted me for now.

Just need to have a few playthroughs at home to learn rules etc...

And emsy isn't happy about having to be the opponent! Lol.
