just thought I would let you guys know that the customer service I have experienced with Warlord Games is outstanding.
I recently purchased a box set of metal models, and unfortunately a few rifle barrels were broken off in the package.
I sent a quick eMail to Warlord Games last week have a slight moan, and today after a couple of eMails they are posting out 4 replacement figures at no cost.
